The wings at Prohibition are worth walking a few miles for. Yes, I said it. What makes them so good? Well, lets start with a Memphis Dry Rub and a sweet vinegar. Then they are charred on a grill, and served with gorgonzola ranch and a carrot-chile emulsion.
By now you’ve likely gathered that these are a little different that getting 20 hot and 10 garlic parms at your favorite wing shack. No, these are delicately made, perfectly served and absolutely delicious. At Happy Hour, you can order a few for $5. On the dinner menu it jumps to $10 so you can share them with someone, perhaps as an app.
it’s worth mentioning that lost in all of their popularity of their wings (because they are very popular) is the fact that the food across the board at Prohibition is exceptional. If you’ve not had opportunity to dine there, you should add this to your short list. Just remember to start with some wings.
