The Eat It and Like It Supper Club was created very quietly a few months ago. Members were given access to private dinners created exclusively for us. It’s a smallish group, 20 members in all. We’ve been gathering for a few months. Our first event was a full house back in February at Desposito’s Seafood in Thunderbolt.
Our 2nd Supper Club dinner is this Sunday on the beach-very literally-behind The Deck on Tybee Island. This time out, as we have expected from the beginning, not every member is able to attend. So we have a few empty spots available for the general public. They will not last very long.
This weekend’s event won’t be so much ‘sit down dinner’ as it will be a ‘sunset beach party.’ The Deck’s sister restaurants The Collins Quarter and Ukiyo Japanese will be providing a large amount of the food and drink we will enjoy. The menu is below. Price is $125 per person plus tax and gratuity. It includes wine pairings and a specialty margarita.
