Hilton Head Ice Cream is legendary on the island. Only 2 owners since 1982 but they have managed to practically become synonomous with ice cream on Hilton Head.
Sure there are regular favorites like Vanilla, Chocolate, Butter Pecan and the rest, but their others are fabulous as well. They include Birthday Cake, Reese’s. Pumpkin, Pistachio and more. We’ve sampled quite a few (tough job but someone’s gotta do it) and across the board we loved the consistency you get from HH Ice Cream.
