Join us for a great night of whisky tasting at Edgar’s Proof and Provisions on Monday night, December 10th.  The $130 price tag includes a tasting of various expressions of Pappy Van Winkle, open bar beyond that and a variety of dishes prepared by Executive Chef Mark Santiago of The 1540 Room at The DeSoto Hotel.     A wonderful event, Chef Mark food was outstanding! AND the 5 Pappy Whiskeys to taste of the world’s rarest bourbon collection was phenomenal!
