There’s just something about a good whiskey. It makes you feel a mixture of sophistication and danger. And while there’s nothing dangerous about the Whiskey Room Kitchen & Cocktails on Hilton Head Island, you can pretend there is on Whiskey Wednesdays.
Every Wednesday for $25 you get a flight of a featured distillery or spirit. This Wednesday’s selection will be from Michter’s Distillery.
“They get knowledge about the distillery and spirits, and then they get some kind of food,” said Monica Collins, the general manager of the Whiskey Room.
Collins tells us they also include a cocktail.
“I try to do traditional cocktails. Something they can learn to make at home.”
While you’re enjoying your pours, Collins will fill you in on the distillery and the whiskeys in the flight.
Whiskey Wednesdays have been a regular event since July 29th and will continue through September 30th. If you plan to go, you’ll need to RSVP because spots are limited.
“I have a lot of regulars,” said Collins. “I’ve had this one same group that I’ve had each week.”
