Skull Creek Boathouse, the flagship restaurant for Hilton Head Island’s SERG Group of restaurants earned its solid reputation with consistency, value and of course spectacular views along Skull Creek on the Northern end of the island. Popular with tourists? Of course. We are told in the heart of the Summer, particularly around the 4th of July, 2 hour waits for a table are not uncommon. Sometimes they are longer. Why do people wait that long? Well, it’s one of a handful of spots on Hilton Head Island that are the place to be. On a pretty Friday in the off-season you might see 3/4 of the island’s population at ‘The Boathouse.’
