In the past this award has been given to the “Best Pizza you can’t find at City Market” as an homage to our friends at Vinnie Van Go Go’s downtown. Giving this award to anyone but Vinnies in Savannah almost sounds sacreligious. However, I don’t think you can compare those two pizzas. Vinnies more American commercial. Sugo Rossa, more traditional. We love both anytime day or night. We love the hand made pies at Sugo Rossa a little bit better.
