The Eat It and Like It Burger Bash 2025
We’ve been tossing this idea around for a couple of years now, but it is finally time to roll it out.
One of the most commonly asked questions we get around here surround the burger. It is most certainly not this region’s most popular ‘cuisine’ (that, we can agree, belongs to seafood) but the number of times we get asked about great burgers is probably right there behind seafood.
The reason they are so popular, obviously, is because they are cost effective, and they come in all kinds of sizes. Big ones, small ones, fat ones, skinny ones…there is a burger for everyone and all kinds of tastes. It’s why we’ve chosen to put together a celebration of the great American (though it was created in Germany) burger.
The Eat It and Like It Burger Bash is coming August 18th through 28th.
But what exactly is it?
The Burger Bash is a very similar concept to the Restaurant Week that we hold in January every year. In this case, participants are offering a special burger at a special price for a period of 10 days. They are either making a new one you may have never tried, or they are offering a special price and/or deal for their burger during the 10 day period.
We have 35 restaurants participating in, this, our first time effort. The most exciting part for us? It’s a regional celebration of burgers. This isn’t specifically a Savannah thing. As is the case with pretty much everything we do, we’ve made it a regional event, stretching from Savannah all the way to Beaufort and the Sea Islands.
Some of the area’s best are involved, too. Including Savannah’s Ardsley Station, Hilton Head Island’s Tin and Tallow and Beaufort’s Beedos. Those 3 burgers alone are worth a drive in either direction if you haven’t had one yet. If you live near them, then you fall into the “If you know, you know” category. You’re gonna have to trust me on that one.
Not far behind on that must try list is the Fried Chicken and Creme Brulee Donut Burger that Pete and his crew are doing at Slider Bar in Bluffton. Gotta see it to believe it. Best part? That guy will only run you $14.99 and include fries.
Which by the way, we should mention that prices are exclusively at the discretion of the participating restaurant, but all burgers are capped at $20.00
We expect there to be a lot of attention to this regional event, so we’ve created an entirely separate website to support it. You can find all current participants now at eatitburgerbash.com. Or click the photo below. You can also follow our exclusive burgerbash instagram page @eatitburgerbash

We expect new participants to be added every couple of days. Most other questions should be answered below.
Any restaurants out there who are interested in participating, shoot us a note at tips@eatitandlikeit.com and we’ll get you on board.
