If the season has you wishing for apple orchards and changing leaves, you might want to head over to Ponce City Market in Atlanta this weekend.
The former Sears, Roebuck & Company building in the Old Fourth Ward is hosting several weekend events over the next few months called PCM Goes Inside Out.
This Saturday, October 17, is the Fall Apple Market. Ponce City Market is making it easier to enjoy fall-inspired food and drinks in The Courtyard.
Enjoy a roasted Heritage pig with apples over apple smoked wood from Pine Street Market’s Rusty Bowers. Restaurants like Minero, Pizza Jeans, and El Super Pan will have dishes incorporating the pork.
It’s not just called the Fall Apple Market. There will actually be apples. You can enjoy fishing for apples and a caramel apple station.
You can also browse apple-themed pastries in The Yard during Southern Restaurants for Racial Justice‘s Bake Sale.
If your not an apple fan, you can enjoy the live-streamed football games on a big screen.
