I don’t often follow internet recipes when I am cooking. Like a lot of people, I love reading through cookbooks and drawing inspiration for this dish, that dish or another dish. Over the years, I’ve taken a lot of dishes and made them my own one way or the other.
When I find a recipe I love, I try to share it here.
This quinoa dish I came across I loved first time out. The second time I bumped the garlic to 4 cloves (because that’s what I do) and added green onions at the end. Oh and for a extra boost of protein, I added thinly sliced sautéed chicken at the end when I folded in the cilantro.
If you are watching your diet, this is fabulous. Only issue is you will want to eat it all in 12 hours.
