Every once in a while a restaurant opens that changes the way we look at a particular meal. The burger game changed forever in Savannah the day Green Truck Pub opened, for example. A new standard was set. Same goes for Brunch at The Collins Quarter. When Anthony Debreceny opened his spot on the corner of Bull and Oglethorpe in 2014, it was an instant hit with the brunch crowd. The waits on the weekends are proof that they are still doing it right nearly 4 years later. The food is always good, but fresh flowers daily and a champagne list that no one else in the city can come close to and you see that this is the Savannah gold standard for brunch. There are a few more good ones in town these days, but our vote goes with CQ.
