Bluestone Lane, the nationally recognized Australian-inspired café and coffee brand, will open a new location in Savannah this April, introducing its signature specialty coffee and café culture to Savannah’s historic district.

The new street-level café will serve as a welcoming gathering space for guests, downtown professionals, and visitors exploring Savannah. Known for its bright spaces, specialty coffee, and hospitality-driven atmosphere, Bluestone Lane will bring its distinctly Australian approach to café culture to the city, emphasizing high-quality coffee, fresh seasonal food, and a relaxed yet elevated experience. It will be located within the brand new Tempo by Hilton Savannah, which is set to open in the next few weeks.

The menu highlights the brand’s well-known toasts, bowls, and café classics, including the signature Avocado Smash with sheep’s milk feta and heirloom tomatoes on toasted multigrain, hearty breakfast options like the BL Burrito, and fresh lunch selections such as the Prosciutto & Burrata Sandwich and Truffle Mushroom Grilled Cheese. The offerings reflect Bluestone Lane’s focus on vibrant, health-forward ingredients inspired by Australia’s relaxed café culture.

Bluestone Lane was founded by Melbourne native Nick Stone and has grown rapidly across the United States, earning a loyal following for its specialty-grade coffee, elevated food offerings, and hospitality-first service model.

The Savannah café will reflect the brand’s commitment to creating neighborhood-focused spaces designed to serve locals as much as visitors, further enhancing the lifestyle experience offered at Tempo by Hilton. Of course, Downtown Savannah’s The Collins Quarter has offered a similar approach to the city’s coffee culture for over a decade and has enjoyed immense popularity.
