October brings a new restaurant to an old space in Atlanta’s Buckhead area.
The Chastain is a New American neighborhood restaurant taking over the spot formerly known as the Horseradish Grill on Powers Ferry Road Northwest.
The menu will feature comfort food dishes created by Christopher Grossman, formerly of Atlas at The St. Regis. He is Executive Chef and Operating Partner of the restaurant. Christopher describes his food as “choose-your-own-adventure.”
The historic building that The Chastain now calls home was once a roadside country store. Christopher and General Manager Justin Craft are giving it an outdoor look to seamlessly connect to the actually outdoor dining area on a stone patio which includes on on-site garden to provide the kitchen with fresh produce.
For those who want to try the food, but aren’t ready for sit-down service just yet, online ordering and curbside pick-up will also be available.
For updates on the opening, check out their Facebook and website.
