Because you can never have too much great pizza, right?

Thompson Savannah’s Executive Chef Robert Newton along with his industry friends from some of Savannah’s most sought-after restaurants, including Common Thread’s Chef Joseph Harrson and Husk’s Chef Christopher Hathcock, who will collaborate with Chef Newton to bring the neighborhood together for the love of pizza.

A portion of proceeds from each pizza collaboration will go to a cause of each Chef’s choosing. The February Chef’s Choice charity is the Rootstock Community Foundation– a non-profit organization based in Savannah that aims to address mental health in the food and beverage industry.

The series kicked off with pies from Common Thread, with more exciting collaborator announcements to come. This February, enjoy Joseph Harrson’s take on the classic clam pie – a delicious White Wine Cream Base, topped with Littleneck Clams, Pecorino, chicories, Tomato Vinaigrette, and Lemon.
