Sandfly BBQ is another very popular BBQ restaurant in Savannah with two locations. One in its original Sandfly neighborhood and the other in an old 1930’s era Streamliner “Diner” car. Chef Owner Keith Latture is a former fine dining chef who grew tired of making fancy plates for a lot of money. His father in law at the time was involved in a Memphis style BBQ joint in Savannah, so Keith joined in and used his skills as a chef to make sides and other things like that. Of course, he knew his BBQ as well. All of it a match made in heaven. The BBQ is fantastic. The sauces great as well. We are huge fans of their Chicken Sandwich.
