Adam Turoni is Savannah’s Candy Man. The Culinary Institute of America graduate came to town over a decade ago and started making chocolate truffles at an area shop. It wasn’t long after that he chose to go off on his own. The rest is history in the making. Adam’s chocolate empire is small, but packs a very rich punch. Two locations downtown Savannah can satisfy any kind of chocolate craving. His truffles are works of art. His cherry cordials(pictured), it could be argued, made him a star in town. During the holidays, he’s known to create some off the wall creations, all in the whimsical spirit of what really is ‘Chocolat by Adam‘. Stop in to one of his shops for a look around.
