What a great time talking shop and making some soup for our friends at the Orlando Home and Garden Show….We are doing a few things this weekend, but I promised to share a recipe for the Chicken Tortilla Soup we enjoyed.

As I shared with the crowd, there are some variables….most notably is the use of the poblano pepper instead of jalapeños that this recipe I’m sharing here will call for.

beyond that…Part of the thrill of Chicken Tortilla Soup is the endless possibilities with it. You can add corn, black beans and more. Served with a garnish of diced avocado, cheese, sour cream and more.

HERE IS THE RECIPE I MOST RESEMBLED and as you know made some changes that we discussed. But if you follow this one and add your own personal touches, you’ll be OK.
