If you love a good burger, you’ve eaten plenty in your time. Well then you know of what we speak when we say this is one of those burgers that you immediately know at 1st bite that is different. The Bethesda Burger at The Howlin’ Hound on Savannah’s Southside is one of the best burgers in the city. It is named Bethesda Burger because the grass fed beef they use comes from an area home for boys that has a farm and raises cattle. You can’t get much more local than that. Griddle greasy, bacon and soft american cheese? It is a work of art. Beyond that, the food at Hound is very good, but the burger is likely to keep you thinking about it long after you finish.
