Zunzi’s + Zunzibar, the Savannah-based sister brands with locations in Savannah, Tybee Island, Atlanta, and Hilton Head Island, are marking the end of their fundraising period with a ZUNZIFEST! celebration on Tuesday, April 8. For the fundraising period of March 1-31, Zunzi’s + Zunzibar is donating 1% of all sales, totaling $6,005, to Feeding America with Atlanta Community Food Bank, Lowcountry Food Bank, and Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia as local affiliates.

“Our commitment to making a difference goes far beyond the walls of our restaurants—it is rooted in a deep, heartfelt desire to give back and uplift the communities that have supported us,” says Chris Smith, owner of Zunzi’s + Zunzibar. “We are truly honored to raise funds for Feeding America once again, working together to fight hunger and bring hope to those in need across the country.”

Zunzi’s + Zunzibar will present Feeding America’s local affiliates with checks during ZUNZIFEST! on Tuesday, April 8. Members of Zunzi’s + Zunzibar’s 26 CLUBare invited to stop by any location to receive a free regular Conquistador or a vegan option upon request from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Zunzibar will be offering all of its usual signature cocktails and drink specials during this time.

Those interested in joining 26 CLUB to receive a link for more details about the event can text “ZUNZIFEST” to 912-207-7551. On the morning of ZUNZIFEST!, guests will receive a code to show the team upon arrival. All locations will close early at 3 p.m. on April 8 for a special appreciation party for their teams.
