• WHAT: The Bamboo Room Tiki Bar has teamed up with O-Ku Jacksonville Beach to bring award-winning sushi to the tropical cocktail lounge. Executive Chef Nick Paat of O-Ku has crafted an exclusive menu featuring Sushi Rolls, Nigiri, and Sashimi for guests to enjoy as they sip on beverage specials mixed by O-Ku Bartender Maxey Weech.
