Just over a year into their very successful run on Tybee Island (and now that the Summer rush is over), the guys at Sea Wolf have rolled out weekend Brunch service.
The Brunch menu, which if you are familiar with the dynamic at Sea Wolf, is always subject to changes and tweaks but it features French Toast, a “Breakfast Dog” and a dish we were offered the opportunity to sample mid week. Biscuits and Gravy, featuring a Cajun Cheddar biscuit, Chorizo Sawmill Gravy, 2 eggs and fancy sauce.
Absolutely delicious.
“Worth the drive to Tybee alone.” is how co-owner Andrew Ripley put it. And he’s probably right.
The Brunch menu is available Saturdays and Sundays 11am until 3pm. Sundays will include live Bluegrass.
There are also Bloody Marys, mimosas and a full bar.
