It’s no secret that 2020 has been a tough year for charities, but this weekend, you have a chance to help one while also satisfying your sweet tooth.
The 5 Spot in Midtown and b. Matthew’s Eatery will be offering slices of cake from Wicked Cakes from December 11 through the 13. All the proceeds will go straight to United Way of the Coastal Empire.
Flavors include caramel apple cake, triple chocolate cake, carrot cake, red velvet cheesecake, cookies and cream cheesecake, and salted caramel cheesecake.
There will also be giveaways to win gift cards to The 5 Spot and b. Matthew’s Eatery’s through their Instagrams.
All you have to do to enter is follow the Instagram pages, comment with your predicted winner, and tag a cake-loving friend.
Brynn Grant, President and CEO of United Way of the Coastal Empire, said, “This is such a beautiful – and delicious – way to give back to the community.”

The desserts are available for both dine-in and take-out.
