SERG Group and Nectar Farm Kitchen eyeing Bluffton location

Well, this really isn’t a surprise at all. What is surprise is how quickly it is happening.

“Hopefully in the next few days we will have acquired a piece of property in Bluffton to move a Nectar in to.” says SERG Group Executive Chef Nick Unangst.

For those that aren’t familiar, NECTAR is a brand new ‘Farm to Table’ concept that the group rolled out a few months ago on Hilton Head Island. All of their food is sourced from area farms. Primarily across South Carolina. Roughly 75 in all.

The concept has done very well out of the gate serving Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef tells us the plan had always been to expand into Bluffton. “We think it will work really well in Bluffton because it’s farm to table.” he says.

“It’s gone really well here on the island and we have the people in place to do it.”

Location? Nothing to share yet, but you will be the first to know once they share with us in the next week or so.
