HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (Aug. 6, 2019) – The Hilton Head Island Shrimp and Craft Brew Fest is expanding to two days this year and will be held Friday, Sept. 20 and Saturday, Sept. 21, The Sea Pines Resortannounced today. Staged on the lawn adjacent to the Liberty Oak in Harbour Town, the second annual event will kick off Friday with the focus on craft brews, while Saturday’s emphasis will be on food, family fun and live entertainment.

The Craft Brew Fest, to run from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, will feature over 12 local and regional breweries pouring samples for attendees ages 21 and over.

Saturday’s event, scheduled for 2 to 5 p.m., will feature nearly 20 participating local and regional restaurants preparing an assortment of shrimp dishes; craft beer and wine; live music by rock band Cranford Hollow; and a fun zone for children, including face painting and bouncy houses.

Admission for Friday’s Craft Brew Fest is $35; admission for Saturday’s Shrimp Fest is $35; a two-day ticket is available for $65. Tickets can be purchased in advance by clicking here.

 A limited number of tickets will be available at the door for each event. Children ages 8 and younger are free on Saturday. A portion of the event’s proceeds will go to the Boys & Girls Club of Hilton Head Island.

All festival-goers are encouraged to park in Trolley Lot 2. Sea Pines Trolleys will be transporting attendees to and from Harbour Town from 1:30 to 7 p.m. on Saturday.  The Sea Pines gate fee will be waived for guests with an event wristband or tickets purchased in advance.
