We got a first look last weekend at Savannah’s newest Brunch and Dinner venue, it’s called Sunday Sunday and it is simply beautiful.

The space at the corner of Whitaker and State Streets downtown is the latest offering from Rhino Restaurant Group, owned by Ele Tran. Ele also owns several other restaurants in and around downtown Savannah including Flock to the Wok, Madame Butterfly, Flock to the Wok and The Vault.

For the better part of two years this building has been getting a massive makeover. It’s last owner, New Realm Brewing Company, closed down after a very short-lived run on that corner in the Fall of 2022.

The new space will feature a first floor all day Brunch and Dinner concept plus a small inn upstairs featuring a dozen or so rooms.

The makeover has been thorough and much like all of their other spaces across the city, Rhino has created a beautiful space.

There is still some permitting and hiring and other details to tend to that could take a month or so yet. It would be safe to assume we could see them welcome you in for a lazy Sunday seven days a week around the 4th of July.
