The Grey Market, The Grey Restaurant’s spinoff casual fare eatery has announced their 5 year run on Jefferson Street will end on Sunday, July 16th. The announcement was made Friday via social media.

The Grey Market opened in 2018 as a casual ‘diner’ concept serving largely breakfast and lunch and some dinner items in a small comfortable environment a half block off of Broughton Street in downtown Savannah.

The post to social referred to the announcement as “bittersweet” but alluded to something new going into that space in the future.

The Grey Market also has a location in Austin, Texas. The announcement makes clear that the 2nd location is not affected and will live on.

Meanwhile, mention was made to ‘expanding services’ at their flagship restaurant The Grey on MLK, Junior Blvd. in the Fall.
