You can usually count on November 1st as the time we start talking about the new year around here. The calendar begins to fill up and we start to put together events where we can Eat It and Like It. Obviously, the last couple of years have been….wonky? But I think it is fair to say 2023 will be our first full schedule in a while.
Our first is coming up on January 26th. It’s the return of our very popular Fried Chicken and Champagne series. It will be held once again at The Perry Lane Hotel in the heart of Savannah.
For those that are not familiar, we offer unlimited pours of champagne and all the fried chicken you care to eat. There are sides and desserts as well. It’s a fantastic pig out…for one great price. This year’s is the same as last year’s. $67 per person. Plus tax and 20% gratuity of course.
This is our 6th year holding this event. We’ve made the rounds throughout Savannah enjoying everyone’s spin on fried chicken.
Last week in Bluffton, we held our first fried chicken and bubbles event there. Our chefs offered 4 different styles of chicken and we had 3 different styles of bubbles. It was very well received.
For those who attended last year, you know how good the event at The Perry Lane Hotel was. Some of the best fried chicken you’ve ever had and yes, that’s saying something.
If you are thinking about joining us, we would recommend you not delay in grabbing a seat. Full disclosure, guests who have attended this event in the past have asked us to give them first crack at tickets as a reward for loyalty. We did that last Friday. They snapped up a ton of them. Then it went to Facebook. This was a fastest sell out on paper. There are no tickets remaining.
