THE CUISINE:
Most of the menu can be described as elevated and well-made bar food. Certainly much better than traditional bar food, but some dishes are just pretty darn good and wouldn’t be found anywhere near a bar. Healthy options too, which is important. We’ve enjoyed nearly everything we’ve had at The Grove.

THE MOOD:
The Grove has become “Bachelorette Central” on Saturday mornings for brunch. Side to side to side in the booths they are all there getting their day drink on and enjoying a beautiful space and a great scene. The deck on the 3rd floor is one of Savannah’s coolest spots for food AND drink AND view. A lot of others offer only one of the three.

BEST FOR:
Definitely most fun for a younger crowd. Not to say you won’t find a collection of professionals enjoying happy hour on the deck upstairs because you will. The Grove has a little bit of something for everyone and the location just off of City Market makes it convenient to head anywhere from there.

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE:
Good looking menu. I love their chicken fingers. Very very good. The Nashville Hot Chicken is great, but the Brussel sprouts are some of the best in Savannah. Solid cocktails too. Try the 64 oz Mule. You can only order it with 4 over 21 drinkers present.

WHAT YOU WON’T:
If sash and tiara wearing ‘woo-hoo’ girls and the parade of slobbering boys right behind them looking to make their fancy aren’t your thing, well then you could be put off by the sheer numbers. Overall those it’s a great spot to hang and do brunch.
