You will find some classics like Shrimp and Grits and Cheeseburgers and Benedicts, but you will also find Blue Cheese and Walnut Tart, Chicken and a Duck BLT. All of it wonderful. THE MOOD: Because of its location on the edge of Downtown Savannah, Repeal 33 (formerly Prohibition) doesn't always get mentioned immediately when a discussion comes up about brunch. That said, it's 3-4 doors down from The Grey, Savannah's James Beard Award winning restaurant. Point being, it should. Repeal is a beautiful space with a great cocktail program and very good food. BEST FOR: Something a little different. On the higher end brunch spots in town. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE: The char grilled chicken wings with a Memphis dry rub, gorgonzola ranch and carrot chili emulsion may be Savannah's best. All of the food is great. Cocktails great. Across the board a solid choice. WHAT YOU WON'T: As we mentioned, the location on the edge of the Historic District. Be prepared to walk depending on your location. Well worth seeking out though.
