THE CUISINE:
The Collins Quarter is very likely Savannah’s most popular Brunch spot. Modeled after an Australian coffee house and cafe, their offerings are fantastic across the board. Burgers, sandwiches, eggs, and the best champagne list in the city. Oh yeah, and an outstanding Bloody Mary.
THE MOOD:
You might sit next to a business lunch and across the way from a student enjoying a quick bite. It’s very popular with visitors, but also incredibly popular with locals. The big red clock in the middle of the room was found on Ebay in Europe. It was restored and placed perfectly to keep you from getting lost in the day.
BEST FOR:
Brunch and Dinner. The Collins Quarter is one of our favorites. The wine list is fun and approachable. The Bloody Mary-along with Treylor Park and The Cotton Exchange-is one of Savannah’s Best.
