A new French brasserie has opened on Johnson Square in downtown Savannah, inside one of the most striking hotel renovations the city has seen. I take you through Recess Hotel & Club, including a rooftop you can’t just walk into, then sit down to dinner at Le Flâneur on my wife’s birthday. Did it live up to the buzz?
