The corner of Broughton and Price is somewhat nostalgic for anyone who has been in Savannah for over a decade. It was one time a major gathering spot for anyone looking for quick Mexican food.

Now, many years later, a somewhat Mexican concept has returned.

Java Burrito Company is has renovated the space and offering something unique to the Eastern end of Broughton and the neighborhood.

Equally as important to owners Michael and Frederika Feketé is a vision for growth on that end of downtown Savannah. They are all-in, so much so, they moved to their family in upstairs after nearly a decade on Hilton Head Island.
