My son, who lives in Seattle, and I dined at Jinya Ramen Bar. There is such great ramen restaurants in Bellevue and Seattle proper I was anxious to try our new local place on Hilton Head. It was great! As you know ” it’s all in the broth” and their’s was excellent. I had the Tonkotsu Red and my son has the Tonkotsu Black, we added a few toppings but that wasn’t even necessary . I know it’s a chain /franchise but many are the only outpost from Japan. Service was very good, the server knew the right Heat for my dish. Outdoor patio is unique. Great ramen!
