Moon King Entertainment Group is pleased to announce the expansion of Side Hustle Brewing Co’s footprint to include a new Taproom in Bluffton, located at 10 Buck Island Road. The bar will be open Tuesday – Friday, 3 – 9 p.m.; Saturdays 12 – 9 p.m.; Sundays 12 – 6 p.m. and will offer 10 of their award-winning craft beers on tap. The Taproom will also feature 4-packs of their core Fixed Assets, and seasonal Variable Assets to-go.

“We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new Side Hustle Taproom in Bluffton. This space embodies our passion for craft beer and community, and we can’t wait to share our award-winning brews and warm hospitality with everyone,” said Lee Holyoak, Director of Brewing Operations.

Located in the old Island Packet newspaper building, the Taproom is adjacent to the larger of their two brewery operations, which may be available for tour opportunities in the future. For, now, guests can enjoy the bar inside – equipped with flat screen televisions – or enjoy their beverages outside where ample seating is also available. Food trucks will be scheduled weekly Friday through Sundays. Side Hustle Brewing Co. will continue to serve customers at their main location at The Bank, Hilton Head’s Beer Garden, as well.

With his talent for brewing and entrepreneurial spirit, he has turned his passion for craft brewing into a full-fledged business. The “Side Hustle” moniker is a nod to a relentless work ethic shared and appreciated by so many, balancing passion for brewing with a full-time career. Today, Side Hustle Brewing Co. continues to be set apart by brewers with exceptional ability to blend traditional brewing techniques with bold and daring flavors.

The brewery has been awarded multiple major awards including the 2023 Bronze for Make It Rain in the Juicy/Hazy IPA category and a Silver for South Island Pilsner at the 2023 U.S. Open Beer Championships.
