There’s a lot of excitement in the air right now surrounding everything we do on the food scenes for Savannah, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island. Now we want to spend some time this Fall celebrating with you.
We have a full schedule of events and book signings coming out very soon in support of my new book Savannah Food Crawls, but the first confirmed date is a dinner at Pacci Italian Kitchen inside The Brice Hotel in Savannah’s Historic District. We would love for you to join us.
On Sunday evening, October 15th at 6:30pm, the staff at Pacci and I will be hosting a 4 course dinner, our first in support of the book. We are calling it a Sunday Supper and are hoping it will be just that in its truest form.
Executive Chef JohnAngelo Cole took over at Pacci a few months ago and has been looking forward to getting to know a lot of the people in the community, so it was a natural fit for them as well. He’s put together a nice 4 course meal for us. There will be a welcome glass of bubbles as well as 3 glasses of wine paired with the meal. We’ve always aimed at providing value at our events and this one is no different.

What will be a little different this time is, of course, the book. Copies of Savannah Food Crawls will be available for sale and I want to spend some time during dinner hosting a little question and answer session about the book, our food scene or anything else you would like to talk about. We think it’s going to be a great evening.
In addition to the dinner, there will be a series of book signing events and cocktail hours between October 1st and the Christmas season. If you can’t make it to dinner, we hope we will see you at one of those.
