Burger Bash 2026 is, as we like to say around here sometimes, ‘on the air.’

The website’s up, the roster’s alllllllmost set (a few more on the way), and I am fired up about this one. Thirty-one restaurants across Savannah, Hilton Head Island, Beaufort, and Bluffton have all signed on to bring one exclusive burger to the table this year — and knowing this crew, a few more are probably going to want in before we’re done.

We’ve been fairly quietly working our way through kitchens across the region, tasting several of these burgers as they’ve come together. I’ve watched chefs test, tweak, and argue with themselves over one ingredient for a week straight. I’ve eaten some genuinely incredible food nobody outside those kitchens has seen yet. And we’ve been dying to tell you about it.

Some of these burgers are going to blow your mind. So unbelievably delicious.

The big fancy reveal begins on August 1st. One burger reveal a day — sometimes two — right up until the whole thing kicks off live August 22nd through September 3rd. Thirteen days, four markets, one very good reason to be hungry.
