Bluffton’s Kung Fu Cantina: Now open
Moon King Entertainment Group is pleased to announce Kung Fu Cantina, a new Latin + Asian fusion restaurant concept will next week. Located at 1553 Fording Island Road, Suite 302, the menu centers itself between two widely popular cuisines which explore dynamic combinations and create something entirely new.
Restauranters Bill Alberts and Marshall Sampson (of Santa Fe and The Bank, venues located on Hilton Head Island) sought out Chef Dave Strosnider and Sushi Chef Justin Patton to fully realize the menu. The result is food that embraces culinary traditions and hones the artfulness of mastering craft through utilizing quality ingredients, combining decades of service experience and daily practice.

“Kung Fu Cantina began with the idea of creating a menu like no other in the Lowcountry. We’ve always been drawn to the zest of Latin spices, but we wanted to challenge ourselves to incorporate the subtle complexity of Asian ingredients. The result is a menu where the cuisine blends the best of both worlds, creating a unique dining journey that delights the senses and celebrates the art of culinary fusion,” said Sampson and Alberts.
Kung Fu Cantina is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. In the near-future guests can conveniently order online for to-go orders, and they will have a selection grab-n-go meals on site.
Their website is nearly ready to go, you can see more here.
