All summer long, we hosted our dinner series here in Savannah, and something kept catching my attention. Night after night, so many of you weren’t just from around the corner. You were driving. At one dinner, a full third of the guests in the room had traveled an hour just to sit down and eat with us. That’s not something I take lightly. At one point, a Bluffton resident asked:

“When are you going to bring this to us?”

The honest answer was “Let me think about that. Put it up against my calendar and find the best spot. It’s not something we’ve ever done before. Summers are easy. Outside of that it gets a little tricky because of the demands on my time.”

Well, we’ve figured it out, and it’s happening on Friday, December 11th at The Lake House Ballroom in Sun City.

We’re hosting a one-night-only holiday dinner at Sun City Hilton Head, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I’ll be your chef and host for the evening, and the menu is pulled straight from my own Christmas Eve table, the dishes I make for my own family every year. It’s a full holiday celebration, and I’d love nothing more than to share that with you. Here is our 4 course menu for the evening.

Tickets are $60, which covers tax and gratuity, and the event is BYOB, so bring whatever you’re in the mood to sip on.
