The sixth annual St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival will take place in St. Augustine, Florida, May 6 – 9, 2026. The St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival, presented by Publix, will once again be a showcase of culinary, beverage and historic coast culture that highlights local and celebrity guest chefs, wines, beers, and spirits from around the globe. Live music, artisan market and a Publix Cooking Demo Stage are all part of the Saturday, Grand Tasting’s festivities.

New this year – the festival has created two new tasting gardens for the weekend events this year. The “Big Green Egg Grilling Garden” from Big Green Egg and Turner Ace Hardware will showcase delicious tasting bites from live fire expert and Big Green Egg personality, Captain Ron Dimpflmaier in the general admission area. The VIP Lounge will feature a new “Spring Tasting Garden” with light and rosé wines, sparkling wines and light signature cocktails and beers.

Wednesday, May 6, 2026 – 6:00 pm – NEW event, The Saltworks Supper, a Garden & Gun magazine event, at Michael’s St. Augustine – is now Sold Out.

Thursday, May 7, 2026, 6:30 – 8:30 pm – “Harvest Awards & Tastings” at the Hyatt Place, Vilano Beach/St. Augustine, 117 Vilano Road, St. Augustine, FL 32084. The Harvest Awards & Tastings event is an opportunity to taste some of Northeast Florida’s best fine dining restaurants, presented by St. Johns Food Service and The Ponte Vedra Recorder. A curated group of restaurants have been invited to participate in this event. Professional culinary judges will officiate as the restaurants compete for a coveted Harvest Award, (which requires the tasting dish to incorporate the use of a local ingredient). Guests will receive a wine glass to enjoy tasting wines and the festival’s official beverages, located throughout the beautiful Hyatt Place Vilano Beach ballroom.

Friday, May 8, 2026, 6:30 – 8:30 pm – ST. A Soirée at Ancient City Farmstead, 395 St. Marks Pond Blvd., St. Augustine, FL 32095. A showcase of delicious chef and Pitmaster creations and unlimited wine, beer and spirits tastings. VIP Lounge provides early access at 6 pm. VIP Lounge includes Publix Liquors & Coca-Cola Open Bars, Spring Tasting Garden, Boar’s Head, Pi Artisan Pizza and The Kitchen from Chef Ellie Schultze, along with signature cocktails and premier culinary and beverage tastings.
 
Saturday, May 9, 2026, 2 – 5 pm, “St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival, Grand Tasting”, at Ancient City Farmstead, 395 St. Marks Pond Blvd., St. Augustine, FL 32095. A fun afternoon of all-inclusive culinary and beverage tastings in the beautiful pastoral farm setting. Tickets include a souvenir glass for unlimited beverage tastings from hundreds of wine, beer and spirit exhibitors.

The Publix Cooking Demo Stage line-up includes: 2:30 – 3:00 pm: Big Green Egg & Captain Ron Cooks, Ron Dimpflmaier; 3:15 – 3:45 pm: Chef Ellie Schultze, The Kitchen; 4:00 – 4:30 pm, Chef Jeff Johnson.

The private VIP Lounge, 1 – 2 pm, also provides early accessto the entire festival at 1 pm, with indoor and outdoor spaces and private restrooms. Guests will enjoy curated VIP Lounge premium beverage and culinary tastings from VIP Lounge includes Publix Liquors & Coca-Cola Open Bars, Spring Tasting Garden, Boar’s Head, Pi Artisan Pizza and The Kitchen from Chef Ellie Schultze, along with signature cocktails.
