In honor of National Burger Day and the holiday weekend, we put together a list of 5 Burgers in the area I love. Five burgers that you should try if you haven’t already. Some you may know about but some not. Enjoy.
The Fitzroy – Fitzroy and @thecollinsquarter locked down amazing burgers long ago. (Photo above) Consistently bad ass.
Husk – When he was still a part of Husk Chef Sean Brock obsessed about the perfect burger. He’s gone but the great burgers at Husk continue. And oh btw if you are in Nashville- @hseanbrock is CRUSHING the burger game at Joyland.
Castaways Sandfly – Mayyyybe the best burger in Savannah you’ve not tried yet.
FARM Bluffton – If you are a burger connoisseur and haven’t at least tried this one… epic fail. Do it. Tomorrow.
The Wyld Dock Bar – True story: I loved this burger so much I tracked down the farm they source their beef from and purchased many pounds of it last Summer before a week at the beach. No, Im not sharing who.
For the record: Don’t @ me bro. This is not a ranking. Every one of these burgers has had good and bad days. Yes, of course I like more than 5 in town and there are a couple out there I haven’t tried yet. And yes, The Grey Market deserves love here.
