Olde Pink House and Garibaldi Announce Temporary Closure

Two of Savannah’s most iconic restaurants – The Olde Pink House and Garibaldi – have officially announced plans to temporarily close their doors in response to the Coronavirus threat, effective immediately.

The Olde Pink House, located at 23 Abercorn St. on Reynolds Square, stands apart as one of Savannah’s most acclaimed dining destinations, serving new Southern cuisine, seafood specialties and creative cocktails in an elegant setting defined by its distinctive charm, warmth and character. The restaurant, which is housed in a historic building dating back to 1771, has won numerous culinary awards and earned national and international accolades.

Garibaldi, located at 315 W. Congress St. near City Market, has served inspired Italian cuisine and fresh seafood in a stylish, sophisticated environment since 1980. Garibaldi has earned the Zagat Award of Distinction and specializes in exceptional dishes ranging from Lobster Rabini to Veal Chop au Poivre.

Both restaurants plan to re-open to the public once the coronavirus threat has passed.
