Wiley’s Championship BBQ is some of the most popular BBQ in Savannah. If you spend enough time in the South, then you know that everyone has their favorites. More times than not, locals votes are split between Wiley’s, Sandfly BBQ and B’s Cracklin. Wiley’s, located on Whitemarsh Island, about 15 minutes from downtown Savannah delivers a solid pulled pork butt. Their BBQ sauce “Better than Sex” might be the best in the city. Of course, it comes down to preferences. Wiley is nicknamed “The General” because, while he may be getting on up there in years, he still demands a quality product.
