Just in time for the weather to cool off and the calendar to flip to October, The Grey has announced their plans for October’s Sunday Supper, a family-style themed dinner held on the 3rd Sunday of every month at The Grey on Martin Luther King, Junior Blvd in downtown Savannah.
This month, on October 15 from 5:30pm–10pm, The Grey celebrates Sukkot, the Jewish holiday marking the season’s fruit harvest. Executive Chef Mashama Bailey will offer her takes on a classic Jewish spread with beef brisket, egg noodles, everything bagel beets, mimosa salad and knish “snacks.”
Seating is limited for this once-a-month event. Tickets are $40 per person. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (912) 662-5999.
Previous Sunday suppers have included “Steak Nights” for Fathers Day and Southern Fried Chicken Feasts. Later this year, Chef Mashama will cook up dishes honoring Native American Heritage month.
