When The Collins Quarter first opened in 2014, it splashed onto Savannah’s downtown food scene with a variety of solid items. Fantastic Brunch, great coffees, and a very well put-together burger. The burger was a blend of brisket and chuck and a few other things chef likes to keep a secret. At the time, for our money, it blasted to the front of the line in Savannah as best burger. The blend has changed a little and others have stepped up their game, so the playing field is a little more even now. That’s not at all to say it isn’t a tremendous burger anymore. All the opposite. If we were ranking (which we never do) this would be in the top 2-3 every time. Click here for more
