The Collins Quarter makes an appearance on a number of our go-to lists because the things that they do, they generally do very well. One of those is coffee. Modeled after an Australian Coffee House, owner Anthony Debreceny takes great pride in providing not only a wide variety of coffees, but all of them impeccably made. The Spiced Lavender Mocha (pictured) is a huge favorites, but the cold brews are fantastic as well. During the brunch or lunch crush, it’s definitely not a place to park with your laptop.
