A good bit of scuttlebutt over Brunch last week via Social Medialand. Twitterverse was buzzing, Facebook was uhhhh ‘Facing”? I don’t know. But there were a great many people taking sides on the age old tradition of Brunch. Yes, Brunch.
It seems a writer of an Op-Ed piece in the New York Times has had his fill of Brunch becoming an excuse to drink for, shall we say, less than mature folk? People with kids, he argues, don’t even do Brunch anymore because by mid-day you are ready for lunch. It’s an extremely comical piece I thought I’d share and you should read. Especially if you enjoy Brunch. Which, for the record, I very much do.
Click here to read it. It’s very much worth your time.
In the mood for Brunch?
In Savannah you need to try:
Westin’s Aquastar (Pricey but excellent)
On Hilton Head Island we are huge fans of Sunrise Cafe at Palmetto Bay.
