It’s not unheard of around Savannah to have a national spotlight shining on some up ‘n coming creative mind doing something fantastic. We’ve had locals appear on national television for Project Runway, we’ve had a young lady from just up the road in South Carolina win American Idol. There is a good bit of talent here. That clearly includes the food as well.
Local chocolatier, Adam Turoni, is the latest to be getting national attention from Martha Stewart for the great things he is doing. Adam has been making hand crafted truffles and other chocolate goodies for years now. First at Wright Square Cafe, now at his own shop on West Broughton Street.
Marthastewart.com is holding a contest. Asking readers/viewers to vote for their American Made favorite. There will be a few winners, but the grand prize is $10,000 toward the winners business and a trip to New York, plus a feature on Martha Stewart.com
This seems like a perfect fit for Adam. His chocolate empire has grown from a humble smallish studio in Savannah’s Starland District to having his products carried at Whole Foods and throughout both the Andaz Savannah and Westin Savannah Harbor Hotels. Adam is getting attention in all the right places, now he needs your help to go national.

See you on TV.
