White Chocolate Peppermint Bark Martini

All that Eating and Liking can wear you out.  I know it all too well.   This week we’ve offered you grits, donuts, fudge and a tremendous beef tenderloin recipe.  Now it’s take to take a break for the weekend with a great cocktail recipe from our friends at?  Jens n Friends on Bull Street.   If you’ve been to Jen’s you know they are the ultimate neighborhood bar.  5:30pm on a pretty work week afternoon, you’ll find people pouring out of there.  She (Jen) claims to have hundreds of martini recipes.  I haven’t tried that many, but I did have a good time during our Holiday Sweets shoot of the television show last December.  You can see that show here.

In the meantime, you can make one of Jen’s favorites for the holidays with this great recipe.

During the week, besides catching me on the nightly news, I participate in countless fundraisers and community events that take place in and around Savannah. On the weekend you’ll likely find me either tinkering with a new recipe or exploring something or somewhere with my family. During football season, you’ll find me parked in front of a TV-glass of red wine in hand-cheering on my Miami Dolphins or Hurricanes.
