Raspberry Nutella Panini

Nutella is something that I LOVE!!  I mean I have been known to eat Nutella straight out of the jar. Classy, huh?  Well, if you’ve tried this creamy, hazelnut spread, then you know how wonderful and wonderfully addictive it is.  What you might not know is how many things you can make with Nutella. Here’s a delicious dessert panini…


  • 1 Fresh artisan baguette
  • 1 Jar of Nutella
  • Brie or another sweet cheese, such as Mascarpone
  • Rasberries or other fresh berries
  • Melted butter


Assemble sandwiches as you wish.  Brush the outsides of the bread with a little bit of butter, and grill in a panini press set on high until cheese is melted.  About 2 or 3 minutes.  If you wish to use your oven, bake sandwiches in a baking pan covered with foil for 5 minutes, at 400 degrees F.  Uncover and bake an additional 2 minutes. Cheese should be softened and paninis light golden brown. Cut in half diagonally. Serve warm.
