Alligator Soul’s Mulled Wine

glogg-wine

Alligator Soul is quitely one of Savannah’s best.  Not only is the food outstanding every single time, but it is probably this cities most ‘adventurous’ menu as well.  I’ve had antelope there, goat, rabbit and guinea hen.   Most of those for the first time and I enjoyed them.  If that’s a little too ‘out there’ for you, have no fear.  There are plenty of other great dishes on their menus as well.   Thanks to Executive Chef Chris DiNello for participating in this year’s 12 days of Christmas recipes.  A creative twist on wine for the holidays.
